Perico vs. Cule - el mejor partido de la temporada!!

3-1!!! It was the best game of the season when Espanyol beat the shit out of Barça!! It was the hottest place to be in Barcelona as a good hundred of Mossos were out on duty to protect the 500 Cules from the 50,000 Pericos!!

I was there, feeling the passion and affection of the Pericos in the freezing cold stadium. It was never this full. It was actually a sold-out game, a rare occasion for Espanyol. Not sure Espanyol can ever pull this off again but I definitely enjoyed the moment, being a ‘loyal’ Perico who doesn’t know too much of futbol, celebrating with the rest of Pericos with my blue bufanda in the air!
