Offshoring, Outsourcing, and LDR: what do they have in common?

It allows the people from all over the world to meet yet pulls people away from each other with opportunities. We, the generation G has gotten used to traveling, moving, and being an expatriate. It is to be perceived as something common and prevalent. Mobility, flexibility, and internationality have become requirements for professionals. Besides offshoring and outsourcing, perhaps another modern phenomenon has emerged as a bi-product of globalization: long distance relationship.
