Hornymoon - Rio Chico

Club Miami – this ‘urban legend’ (well, papi claimed that it wasn’t an ‘urban legend’ because it really happened). Before they turned this unexploited beach into ‘lodge tortuga’, there was a crazy Portugese guy living here and papi and his panas would take the boat here whenever they came to Rio Chico. There was nothing there, except for a few huts and a run-down house where the crazy Portugese lived. How did he end up living here? Well, according to Manuel, he was ‘scouted’ by a few pilots while he was hanging out at the bar. Apparently, these pilots had bought this piece of land and they threw parties every once and while. And they needed someone to organize the parties, so they contacted Manuel. And how were these parties? Hmm, apparently these were crazy orgies parties with crew and pilots. They called it ‘Miami’ to cover up their trip to ‘Club Miami’ in front of their families. To get there, one has to take a boat through the mangrove with flamingoes and walks through a muddy path to get to the beach (now they constructed a wooden path to get there). What a legend, eh?
